Limited Lifetime Warranty

Custom-built shutters we manufacture have the following warranty.

Warranty on the manufactured structure of the shutters include:

• Cracking of wood
• Delaminating or separation of wood doweled joints
• Warping of shutter components

Warranty of mechanical defects include:

• Louvers separating from adjustment rod

Warranty on finished surfaces:
(also pertains to pealing-cracking-delimitation)

• Ten year on off white paints
• One year on stained surface

STEWART SHUTTERS WILL ONLY WARRANTY SHUTTERS THAT WERE ORIGINALLY MANUFACTURED AND INSTALLED BY US AND IS ONLY VALID BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER THAT PURCHASED THE SHUTTERS.

We do not warranty the following:

• Re-paints or shutters that were not originally built by Stewart Shutters.
• Mistreatment or attempted repair or modifications by customer.
• Installed by other person or persons other than Stewart Shutters
  authorized employee.
• Any mistreatment or abuse to the shutters
• Fire or water damage
